We welcome you to a week of deep connection and transformation
in the serene countryside in Southern France.

Imagine being in a circle of women, gathered in a sacred womb space,
surrounded by the whispers of nature.
Women from all walks of life and of all origins, here, united, for the deep remembrance of your feminine essence.
Hands resting on our hearts and wombs, we share our stories woven from both shadow and light. Tears roll and laughter is heard, both held in the softness of sisterhood.
Together we explore & transform inner patterns, listen to our body's wisdom, open to the ancient healing of our voices, hearts sing, wombs soften and bodies dance.
Nature and her elements carrying us through each treshold.
Ritual bringing us the magic and silence our grounding.
This is the space of METAMORPHOSIS.
A sanctuary where each woman can shed the layers of who she was told to be
and step into the truth of who she is.
Here, the ancient wisdom of the feminine is awakened, honored, and reborn.

Why this retreat?
This is a time for change. For waking up. For lifting our gaze and seeing the whole picture, and for listening within to discover the deep and unrelenting wisdom of our souls.
For embracing our feminine beauty and creative force.
For rest; deep and restorative rest. For breathing in and out. For reflection and laughter. For stillness, and for music. For connecting with our unique sound, and for finding harmony with others.
For being women in our own unique way, so that we can dare to be ourselves.
Through Anne Saana Saya and Emma Rowena's intuitive, heart-centred guidance, energy and their extensive experience with transformative healing work, you will have the opportunity to experience the beautiful connection and transformation that occurs when we simply take the time to tune in and receive.
This connection will help you to recover your true sense of value; of being worthy. When we recognize our worth, we can begin to heal our traumas and limiting beliefs, and rise with confidence, strength and compassion towards ourselves and each other.
Anne and Emma will guide you through practices that will allow you to plant your seed and observe its unfolding, until you start to trust your unique voice, your guidance, and your gifts.
They are excited to hold the space for you and your powerful, restorative transformation!

Dare to honour
yourself enough
to start caring
for yourself.

Domaine de Migou
The Domaine de Migou is situated in the Lomagne district in the Midi-Pyrenées,
only 50 min from the international airport in Toulouse in Southern France.
It's a typical French property resting in the serene and beautiful french countryside,
with views of the green, lush fields and hills, with a pond, a swimming pool, large gardens,
fruit trees, hens, donkeys, and a couple of cats that (mostly) stay outside.
In short - it's the perfect place to indulge in experiences both for the body, the mind, and the heart.
It's a space for connecting to the stillness within and the sounds, scents, and beauty of the nature around us.
And it is a space for tasting the joie de vivre for which the French are so famous -
with delicious, homegrown food and drink, and a slow-moving rhythm.
The facilities
The property consists of one main building, a pigeonniere, a gîte, and a large tent.
All rooms have shared bathrooms, and there is a kitchen with dining areas in the main house, as well as dining possibilities outside in the open when the weather permits, and under a roof in the rare event of rain. There are also three new shower rooms in the swimming pool area.
In the main house there is a magical space for gathering in a circle for some of the retreat practices, whether it be our yoga classes, meditation gatherings, or musical experiences. (As long as the weather permits, some classes will be conducted outside).
This is a lovely, intimate retreat space, with room for a maximum of 16 people, so book now if you wish to secure a spot!

Your accomodation
In the main house there are three bedrooms - one double and two twin - and a salon with a sleeping sofa that can be made into a bedroom for one person (or a loving couple ❤️).
All rooms share a modernised and spacious countryhouse bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is also an extra toilet.
In the pigeonnaire there is a twin bedroom at the top level, and two unfoldable sleeping sofas on the middle level. There is a shower at the top, and a toilet both at the top and the bottom level.
The gîte has one double bed and an unfoldable sleeping sofa. There is also a small kitchen.
In the event that you would like to book the least expensive option and sleep in the tent, you will share this with three other people - all with individual, single beds, of course. You will then use the bathrooms by the swimming pool.
